How we collect, use, and protect information in PalettaHub WMS.
Last updated: February 9, 2026
Information We Collect
We collect account details (name, email, role), authentication logs, and operational data generated in the warehouse (orders, lots, picks, production runs, receiving events, audit logs). Session data (e.g., login state) is stored as needed to operate the application. We do not collect or store payment card data.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate and authorize users based on their assigned role.
- Provide warehouse workflows (receiving, production, picking, traceability).
- Maintain audit logs for compliance and security investigations.
- Send operational emails (e.g., password resets, alerts) when configured.
Third-Party Services
PalettaHub may integrate with third-party services. When QuickBooks Online (QBO) is connected, customer, product, vendor, and invoice data may be synced with Intuit in accordance with your authorization and Intuit's privacy policy. Optional monitoring or analytics services, if enabled, may receive limited technical or usage data. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Data Retention
Operational data and audit logs are retained to meet traceability and compliance requirements. Account data is retained while the account is active or as required by applicable policy or law.
Security
Access is role-based. Passwords are hashed; sensitive tokens are stored securely. Transport uses TLS. Administrators should apply least-privilege roles and rotate credentials regularly.
Your Choices
You may request account changes or deletion through your administrator. Some operational and audit records may be retained for compliance even after account changes.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to administrators where appropriate.
