Acceptance

By accessing or using PalettaHub, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts & Access

You must keep your credentials confidential. Access is determined by role (e.g., Admin, Manager, Receiver, Packer). Do not share accounts. Administrators may suspend or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable Use

• Use the system only for lawful warehouse and logistics operations.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with system stability or availability.

Third-Party Services

PalettaHub may integrate with third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks Online). Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, data handling, or compliance.

Data & Privacy

Operational data (inventory lots, orders, production runs, audit logs) is stored to support traceability and operations. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; we may suspend or modify service to address security, compliance, or operational needs.

Disclaimers

PalettaHub is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating operational outputs (e.g., labels, lot allocations, sync data) for your use case.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect security or compliance. Upon termination, access ends; operational and audit records may be retained as required by law or policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is operated, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated to administrators.
